Step 02

Design Development

Step 03

Permitting & Engineering

Entrance work often requires municipal building permits, and pillar walls exceeding four feet of exposed height require stamped structural engineering in Massachusetts. If the work affects a public road or sidewalk, coordination with the town's DPW or highway department may be required. We manage the full approval process.

Step 04

Construction & Handoff

Construction is phased to minimize access disruption. We coordinate utility relocations, drainage tie-ins, and electrical for lighting with licensed tradespeople. The owner oversees construction from first footing pour through final landscape installation.
